Nadia Curren was drawn to medicine by a desire to combine science with human connection. "Every day I'm not only treating conditions but also listening, educating, and supporting patients through some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives," she says. Nadia chose to specialize in senior care because of the depth and complexity older adults bring to their care. "They bring life experience, perspective, and honesty," she says. "Being able to support them in maintaining independence, dignity, and comfort is something I find especially meaningful."

Nadia builds strong relationships through clear communication, consistency, and genuine compassion. She involves patients in their own decision-making so they feel heard and respected, and follows through on her commitments so patients know they can count on her. As a mother, she brings a unique perspective to her work. "I understand how important trust, safety, and compassion are," she says. "My goal is for every patient to feel heard, respected, and supported." Her focus goes beyond treating conditions — she creates care plans that are realistic and sustainable for each patient's daily life, empowering them to feel more in control of their health.

When not with patients, Nadia enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and unwinding with her animals and a good book.
