Dr. Nancy Tejedor Velilla, was drawn to medicine by a lifelong love of helping others, solving problems, and continuous learning. Her path was also shaped by deeply personal experiences — watching her mother navigate lupus and her grandmother face Alzheimer's disease. "Those experiences inspired me to make a difference in people's lives through compassionate care," she says. Dr. Tejedor Velilla is especially passionate about working with seniors, valuing the wisdom, life experiences, and meaningful relationships that develop over time. "I find them easy to connect with, and I appreciate the opportunity to make a lasting difference in their health and quality of life," she says.

She builds strong relationships by listening carefully and getting to know her patients beyond their medical needs, "I want my patients to know that I truly care, listen closely, and treat them with compassion and respect," she says.

When not with patients, she enjoys baking, oil painting, spending time with her family, and caring for her two cats.
