Yoandris Rosales was drawn to a career in medicine due to its “unique combination of science, compassion, and service.” He adds, “I have always been motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people’s lives.” Hhe considers herself “a partner” in his patients’ health journeys, explaining that he strives to educate and empower patients. He explains, “By addressing not only their physical health but also their emotional and social well being, I aim to improve their overall quality of care.” He adds, “My goal is always to create a safe, welcoming space where patients and families feel comfortable sharing their concern.”

In his down time, Rosales loves enjoying the outdoors with his family.
