Dr. Rafael Benezra, MD, is the Center Medical Director for IntuneHealth’s Pembroke Pines Central center. He believes that truly listening to patients is one of the most important roles of a physician. “If you listen to what the patient has to say, you will understand their concerns and their fears, [and] you will be able to identify any potential barriers [they need] to work on,” Dr. Benezra says.
In his off time, you can find Dr. Benezra golfing, trying new cuisines, and reading historical texts.

Dr. Benezra is proficient in dermatalogical procedures, such as minimally invasive surgeries; joint injections; non-controlled substance pain management; and wound care.
